1. KNA Members must be named on a recorded deed, a written first lease or sales contract of property within or contiguous to the "Kiamichi Wilderness" as described in the deed to Si Rickman, filed March 14, 1977, in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma.
2. No dues, pledges or donations are required for full KNA Membership.
3. Members agree to register their contact information and to notify KNA of any change of contact information, property location, or any other changes that could affect membership eligibility.
4. Donations made by members and non-members to KNA may be used for general fund purposes UNLESS earmarked and accepted for a specified purpose.
5. Contact information provided by members will be used for private communication between the member and KNA. Contact information will not be shared with third-parties, except as required by law. Contracted business partners may possess contact information necessary to provide services related to accounting, banking, payment processing, website hosting, contact management, online meetings and online voting.
